Good Italian Wine Years
Saratoga Wine Exchange. What follows is a brief explanation of prominent Italian wines. From Sicily to Tuscany the Italians make some of the best parmigiano and provolone in the world. Some years produce better wines than others.
Cayalla wines exhibit the finest qualities derived from grapes grown in the Walla Walla and Columbia Valleys. Fed up with the same old turkey and plum pudding each year? This is called the vintage. This wine was so good! My latest diet was gotten me jazzed about vegetables and I love eggplant.
The Cayalla brand has been created by a team with over 75 years of experience in the Pacific Northwest wine industry. Italian wines as well. The list of foods you can possibly cook with wine is endless.
Michael Chiarello knows how to make a great product. Italian cheeses are known worldwide mostly due to the years of perfecting the techniques. A touch of spice appears on the finish.
